Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the purchase date from our Florida warehouse. Due to the huge volume of orders we receive during the sale period, sometimes it could take up to 3-5 days.
Our warehouse team works extra hard during the sale to pick, pack and dispatch orders as soon as possible. As such, we won’t be able to make changes to an order once confirmed. The good news is you may return/ exchange once received
