• Store Credit from Returns: valid for 3 months from issuance
• Return lodgement is final: When lodging a return through our portal, customers are required to select their preferred return method before submitting the request. By confirming the return, you agree to the selected option. If store credit is chosen, it will be issued as store credit and cannot later be converted to a refund.
• Customers can make up to 2 returns per eligible order. For the second return, a Freddy store credit will be issued, and a restocking fee will apply per item
