• Store Credit from Returns: valid for 3 months from issuance
• Return lodgement is final: When lodging a return through our portal, customers are required to select their preferred return method before submitting the request. • Customers can make up to 2 returns per eligible order. For the second return, a Freddy store credit will be issued, and a restocking fee will apply per item
