Business as usual at Freddy, our dispatch centers and courier services are 100% operational. Some delay maybe experienced due to the current social distancing procedures and challenges of the pandemic.

The boring, but important stuff...
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from purchase date. Since the pandemic started, our warehouse is operating under limited conditions. Due to this, dispatch times on express shipping and regular orders may not be guaranteed. In saying this, Express and priority shipping are still the fastest shipping service available. The courier usually delivers during weekdays.
For standard delivery shipped via UPS, the shipping journey starts with UPS, they pick up your Freddy order from our Nevada warehouse, once the parcel arrives your local state of destination, USPS then takes over in the final delivery. The tracking number that starts with #9 is traceable in both UPS and USPS websites. If your UPS tracking number starts with 8 or 1Z, you will find the tracking number that starts with #9 by clicking the "more details" portion of the UPS tracking page.
Bought during a sale or over Christmas? Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped.
We ship from Nevada. If your order or some items in your order are unavailable in our warehouse, we may ship from Miami store.
If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or marked unclaimed, a new shipping fee will apply for re-delivery of your order.
Your parcel may be subject to customs duties, taxes and clearance. This may vary for each country and any charges will be paid by you.
If your Freddy order is delayed, missing or damaged in shipment, we recommend calling your local courier and quoting your tracking number. Delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, delivery company strikes or custom clearance issues are beyond the control and responsibility of Freddy. *Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
