We are shipping orders out as quickly as possible. Some delay maybe experienced due to an exceptional increase in the volume of deliveries experienced by all couriers across the USA. Scans in your tracking information may also be delayed. Kindly refer to your tracking information for shipping updates.

Dispatch

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from purchase date from our Nevada warehouse. Since the pandemic started, our warehouse is operating under limited conditions. Due to this, dispatch times on express shipping and regular orders may not be guaranteed. In saying this, Express and priority shipping are still the fastest shipping service available. The courier usually delivers during weekdays.

Bought during a sale or during Holiday/ Christmas season? Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped.

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or marked unclaimed, a new shipping fee will apply for re-delivery of your order.


International
Your parcel may be subject to customs duties, taxes and clearance. This may vary for each country and any charges will be paid by you. 

Help
If your Freddy order is delayed, missing or damaged in shipment, we recommend calling your local courier and quoting your tracking number. Delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, delivery company strikes or custom clearance issues are beyond the control and responsibility of Freddy. Shipping Protection
We understand the valuable nature of your purchase, as such, you have the option to include Shipping Protection with your order that provides protection from loss, damage or theft.

Shipping protection option is available for you at checkout if you would like to avail this together with your order.

NOTE: Lost parcels due to incorrect address, incomplete address, non-collection or refusal of delivery is NOT eligible for this protection.

Documentation requirements submitted will be assessed accordingly, additional information or documents may be required. Approval of the replacement request will be at the company’s discretion.
