The boring, but important stuff...

Dispatch

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from purchase date from our Florida warehouse. The courier usually delivers during weekdays.

Bought during peak season, sale or during Holiday/ Christmas season? Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped.

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or marked unclaimed, a new shipping fee will apply for re-delivery of your order. Additionally, any returned to sender charges, costs or fees will be shoulder by customers.

Please note: Due to the valuable nature of our products, orders $500 and up will be shipped with signature required. If no one is available at the time of delivery, your order will be taken to your nearest parcel pick up point.


International
Your parcel may be subject to customs duties, taxes and clearance. This may vary for each country and any charges will be paid by you. 

Help
If your Freddy order is delayed, missing or damaged in shipment, we recommend calling your local courier and quoting your tracking number. Delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, delivery company strikes or custom clearance issues are beyond the control and responsibility of Freddy. Shipping Protection
We understand the valuable nature of your purchase, as such, we have partnered with Shiptection (powered by Insureship) which means you have the option to include Shipping Protection with your order that provides protection from loss, damage or theft. 

Shipping protection option is available for you at checkout if you would like to avail this together with your order.

NOTE: Lost parcels due to incorrect address, incomplete address, non-collection or refusal of delivery is NOT eligible for this protection. Standard exclusions also apply, you may find the terms and conditions here.

If the same product becomes out of stock, a store credit will be provided.
