What is the return and exchange policy?

We take great care when picking and packaging your order to ensure it is in perfect condition, ready for you to wear and enjoy. If you receive your order and find a fault in some way that we may have missed, please email us with photos within 48 hours at support@freddystore.com and we'll look into it for you.

If the fault is deemed our responsibility, we are happy to replace your item if stock is on hand, or endeavor to reorder from supplier subject to availability. We will refund you for both product & return shipping for faulty items if we are unable to replace with an identical item.

Please note: items which have been damaged due to general wear and tear or misuse are not considered to be faulty.

This policy does not apply to change-of-mind returns, or for reasons that it does not suit your body type. If you change your mind about your Freddy’s please see instructions below “How to Return or Exchange”.

Refunds will only be made back to the original payment method within a maximum of 60 days from purchase.

How to Return or Exchange:
We get the risk you take when you buy online; you can’t try on or feel the fabric. That's why we offer a 14-day return/exchange policy on full priced items. This starts the day you receive us, so you can find your perfect fit, even if it takes more than one try.

How to Return or Exchange:

  1. Read the policies below carefully.
  2. Verify your return or exchange meets the policy requirements.
  3. email support@freddystore.com with your order number and we’ll let you know what to do next. You’ll need to return within 7 days from when we give you the green light.

Standard Return Policy:

  • All tags, ribbon and packaging must be in original condition.
  • Original brand new condition required. The item(s) must not have been washed, worn (other than to try on), or have any markings, stains, or damage at all.
  • Returns must include a valid Tracking Number. We are not liable for lost or stolen return packages.
  • You pay return shipping. We don’t charge restocking fees or other fees. We will replace/exchange your item(s) with free shipping back to you.
  • Allow 5-14 days for your refund to appear in your account. It will be issued in the same way you paid, so if you used a debit card, stop refreshing your Paypal account.
  • No return will be accepted for undergarment or pants with built in undergarment (men’s pants). These sales are final due to hygienic safety.
  • Items discounted up to 29% or orders that used a Promotion Code will be either exchanged for the same style in a different size, or you will be awarded a Gift Card (in case your size is not in stock).
  • Items discounted 30% or more are deemed Final Sale, and are yours to keep and show off to friends.
  • Gift Cards may not be returned, nor are they redeemable for cash.

Afterpay Returns:

If you made your purchase using Afterpay, we can accept your return for an exchange or store credit within our Standard Return Policy. Except in relation to faulty goods. Customers wishing to receive a refund on their Afterpay purchase will be charged a 5% restocking fee, and the remaining refund amount will be processed through their Afterpay account. Exchanges:

  • When choosing your size, it is extremely important to use our Size Guides and your best judgement.
  • If your garment does not fit as expected, you are welcome to exchange it for the correct size.
  • We sell out quickly; therefore, we highly recommend you first purchase the size/style you want and then reach out to us for an exchange. Just let us know you already purchased the exchange. We will then refund your original order once we have received and inspected your return package.
  • You are responsible for the additional shipping costs associated with sending your parcel back to us.
  • Returns sent back to our warehouse beyond our 14 days return policy will not be accepted
