    Our Return Policy is simple.
    • You get 30 days once you receive your Freddy item to decide whether you want to keep it or send it back.
    • FREE Return label on Exchange and Store credit options (USA/ Domestic orders, full priced and orders discounted up to 30% off)

    • Store Credit from Returns: valid for 3 months from issuance
    • Return lodgement is final: When lodging a return through our portal, customers are required to select their preferred return method before submitting the request. By confirming the return, you agree to the selected option. If store credit is chosen, it will be issued as store credit and cannot later be converted to a refund.
    • Customers can make up to 2 returns per eligible order. For the second return, a Freddy store credit will be issued, and a restocking fee will apply per item
    • Exchange: you may exchange for another size of the same product (if available and eligible)
    • Sustainability: When an item is returned, it goes through a reverse logistics chain, causing double emissions. You may do your part in reducing environmental impact. Make sure to check our Sizing guide carefully before ordering.
